Returns can be made within 7 days after shipping, with no questions asked.
Chixxie provides returns for all items except items sold during sales period, discounted items and accessories.
Items must be in its original packaging and conditions (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged). If returned items do not meet mentioned conditions, Chixxie has the rights to reject the return items.
Once returned you will be entitled to have an exchange with another item(s) of the same amount.
Every order is valid for an exchange once and item(s) purchased using store credit can not be exchangable/refundable.
Any credit/reward points/discount codes used on the returned items will be voided and it is non-refundable/re-usable/exchangeable.
All return fees are borne by customer.
Chixxie will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Due to high volume of sales, items purchased that are out of stock will be refunded to you in terms of bank transfer.
Defect or Incorrect Items
If you received a major defect/incorrect item, a replacement will be made with the original item you have purchased. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued in store credit or original payment mode.
Our sizings are measured manually so do allow 2-3cm differences in our measurements and it will not be considered as defect.
Slight product variation will not be considered as defect. Do note that our product may vary slightly from the images due to the lighting or screen calibration.
Minor stain removable by wash will not be considered as defect.
Sales items may have slight defects / color descrepancies / measurements descrepansie and are strictly not-returnable.
Returns fees for defect/incorrect items will be reimbursed by Chixxie.

We will be in touch with you within 3 days upon receiving your request and will provide instuctions on how to return your items.
Once we have checked and confirm the returned items, customer will received their refund within 3 days after the confirmation.
