Chixxie provides free shipping for all orders with a minimum spending.
Once payment is made, we process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). We use KEX Express courier service for all shipments. The estimated delivery time is from the date shipped.
After we shipped your parcel, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service. However, we will try our best to liaise with the courier service on behalf of you.
Free shipping is for all items unless otherwise stated.

Same Day Delivery & Pick Up Services
We provide same day delivery within Klang Valley and pick up services via appointment basis only. Kindly check with us the time and item(s) availability via direct message on Chixxie Instagram @shopchixxie.
You can place an order on our website and select Same Day Delivery or Pick Up option during checkout. Delivery is to be arranged and be paid by customers. Chixxie will not be responsible if your parcel is damaged or lost during the transit.
We do not provide cash on delivery (COD) service.
