By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
General
The content of terms and conditions may be modify, update or delete at any time. Please note that Chixxie have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Do keep updated on the terms and condition regularly for any changes made to the terms and conditions.
Shipping
1. Chixxie is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please ensure the correct item has been selected and check your order details before confirming your order.
2. Please ensure that delivery address is updated and accurate. Your shipping may be delayed if address is incorrect or incomplete.
3. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days after verification of payment.
4. Once your order is dispatched, your products are under the responsibility of our third party courier service and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel. Any claim will have to be made with our third party courier service and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
5. In the event that we are unable to fulfil/ship your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.

Return Policy
1. All returns must be made within 7 days. Kindly inform us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel. Once you receive a reply, please drop-off the parcel and provide us with the tracking number within 5 working days.
2. We will not be responsible for the return item until it reaches us. Once we receive the return item, we will get back to you asap.
3. All refunds are strictly via store credit only.
4. Refunds are subject to approval and all returns are final. Further requests will be denied.
5. Returns can be only made one time per order number. Meaning store credits are limited to (1) one time use only. Any order made with return store credit cannot be returned/reused the consequent time.
6. A handling fee of RM7 (WM)/RM13 (EM)/RM30(SG) will be charged for each return order. *Applicable for order with free shipping only.
7.For return and exchange, you have to cover both ways shipping fees.
8. Chixxie will not be responsible for the return item until it reaches us. Once we receive the return item, we will get back to you in 1-3 working days.
9. If you received a defect or incorrect item, please reach out to us with proof of defect via direct message on Chixxie Instagram @shopchixxie. We will send a brand new piece to you once we the defective/incorrect item received and it is eligible. Return shipping fees will be reimbursed by us. The reasons listed below are not considered as defects:
- Slight color variation of product photos. Do note that our product color may vary slightly from the images due to the lighting or screen calibration. e.g. maroon vs red.
- Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements. There might be 1-3cm differences in the measurements due to the way it was measured and different stretchable quality of the material.
- Minor imperfections such as loose threads, crease marks, small stains removable by wash and etc.
- Self-inflicted damage. Item torn due to force or rough usage, color runs from soaked item, cut to the item, and etc
10. Return Terms and Conditions:
- No refunds will be made for sale/discounted/specifically stated non-returnable items.
- Items must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged).
- Items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, it is strictly non returnable.
- Items should be free from make up stains and scent.
- All returns which do not meet the above mentioned conditions will be rejected. Kindly collect it in 7 working days or it will be forfeited.

Products
1. Color of the products may vary slightly due to studio lighting or individual’s computer screen calibration.
2. Measurements may vary ±3cm from what it is stated due to fabric stretchability and mass manufacturing process.
3. There may be color transfer onto other garments or due to soaking. Do handle accordingly.
4. Minor imperfections such as loose threads, crease marks, small stains removable by wash and etc. are not considered defect.
5. Chixxie do not offer return or refund if products are not handled per instructed in product details.
Product Care
1. You are advised to hand wash all Chixxie clothing individually without soaking as colour transfer may occur.
2. Please iron on reverse side of the clothing on low to medium heating. Steam iron is recommended.
Discounts
1. Discounts are only valid if applied before completing the checkout process.
2. There will be no reimbursement or cash refunds if your discounts is not applied to your order.
3. All discounts codes which are used cannot be reinstated if orders are canceled.
4. We will not be able to amend any details of the discounts after the order is placed.
Payments
1. All payments are made through Doku Payment gateway.
2. Modes of payment: Visa, Mastercard, FPX internet banking, GrabPay, Atome and ShopeePay.
3. Default prices are stated in Malaysia Ringgit and payment will be charge in Malaysia Ringgit.
4. Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been made. We will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order.
5. There will be no cash refund. We only offer refund in terms of store credit.
6. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Bounced parcels
1. We will contact you should we receive any bounced parcels addressed by you.
2. Cost of re-delivery will be borne by you unless it is an error on our part.
3. Unclaimed bounced back parcels will be forfeited after 3 months without any prior notice.
